Do you offer custom commissions?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces. Whether you have a specific design in mind or want to collaborate on something unique, I‘m here to help. Contact me with your ideas, and we’ll discuss materials, timeline, and pricing.
How long does a custom piece take?
Custom commissions typically take 3-4 weeks from design approval to completion. This includes sourcing gemstones, crafting the piece, and any necessary adjustments. Rush orders may be available—just ask!
What if I need a different size?
Many of my rings are adjustable and bracelets come with extension chains. For pieces that aren‘t adjustable, please mention your size requirements when ordering, and I’ll make sure it fits perfectly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship within the Netherlands. For international shipping outside the EU, please contact me directly, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
What's your return policy?
I want you to love your piece! If you‘re not completely satisfied, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom pieces are non-refundable, but I’m happy to make adjustments to ensure you’re delighted with your jewelry.
